Shiki was my favorite sushi place when I lived in Waterford.

I've since returned to my hometown in Portugal, a country famous for good food, specially it's fish.

Having said that, Shiki remains the best sushi I've ever had. It's tasty, fresh and the service is wonderful.

I never went to the private rooms, but they always looked super nice.

It's baffling to me how I never reviewed this amazing place.

It's definitely going to be my first meal if I ever return to Waterford.

Not very expensive. Very good food. I found the dishes with satay sauce as very very good. Poke bowls were once bigger. Now they too small for the price. Overall great place to eat.

Amazing atmosphere, the staff are friendly and straight to the point, food is amazing especially their tempura selections. They also recently got a robot cat which brings out orders. It really feel like asia in the restaurant!
